Normally where can get the info about the soft launch or under development new house?
I heard that normally when soft launch, the price will b cheaper.
I am looking the house around the KL area.

there will be new house in pinggiran indah (next to sri gombak). house have completed but no CF yet. It will having opening once CF ready.

it's gonna take another 2-3 month more. i will update here once they have the soft launch.

i need to check back the developer name, can't remember . am sorry not so familiar with that area name actually. but if you know sri gombak, from sek keb sri gombak on your left, you go all the way straight. after second traffic light you'll see shop lot on your right. the house is just behind the shop lot. it's less than 50 house there i believe.

to get into soft launches....

1. register with developer
2. be a repeated buyer
3. networking

And I dont think it's accurate to say soft launches price is lower than office launching price.....but then sometimes developers may choose to throw in some freebies....such as:

1. rebate of 2%
2. free LCD 32inch
3. free kitchen cabinet
4. free walkin wardrobe
5. free makan2 and ballons

not all the above....sometimes, they may offer one or two......number 5 is quite often.....

Many nice lot will be sold during softlaunch...
That's y it is good to attend softlaunch
