I'm using a blackberry bold 9000 with celcom xpack sim car. I tried to send BB ON to 28882, but always got a message like this
"Arahan tidak sah. sila taip HELP dan hankar ke 28882 untik makluman lanjut." which i can't understan. And even i type HELP and send to 28882, I got the same message...

Can anyone tell me how to active the celcom BIS or what the meaning of "Arahan tidak sah. sila taip HELP dan hankar ke 28882 untik makluman lanjut."

Thx

That would means, "the instruction is not valid". Hmm, the perimeter u sent was the right one. I wonder why those message pop out...have you called them?

As my blackberry was bought in England. They said only those blackberry sold by celcom themself can use this BIS service...

Really sad...

I guess you need to unlock the PIN as well.

What do you mean by unlock?
Seems i dun have any chance to having BIS service here in malaysia...

It should be fine, as long as you can unlock the PIN as well...I guess around lelong.com got personal service on the sim & PIN unlock services. Try click HERE and see whether this would help.

After uncloking the pin, i would be able to hav the bis? I'm really confusing now as i'm not a handphone expert...
I think should be fine. Some BBs were PIN locked to be used only with the specific service provider like T-Mobile or AT&T. Once the PIN is released, or de-register, then you should be able to use it with any provider you wish. Mine is a AT&T set, and the phone is unlocked, with a released PIN.
