i'm using THIS as my URC.

the brand is Kameleon by One for All, it's supposed to be 8-1 URC, can even use for air con, but i'm not fully utilizing it i think. But its not branded or famous, but it serves the purpose & looks quite good. right now, i'm using to control the following:

1) TV,
2) Astro
3) DVD player
4) AVR
5) CD player

i think can be used for others also but no more device for me to try...and the menu/guide is quite complicated, and not easily understandable...it took me a while to 'program' the URC to 'learn' the functions of each devices' individual remote.

i bought it from HERE earlier this year i think. not sure if this guy still selling it.

the only complaint i have of this URC is its battery life. becos the 'screen' lights up when u touch it, it drains the battery like water. and its very sensitive...even a small tiny vibration also it wakes up and it stays 'awake' for like 10 seconds or so...a brand new Energizer (non rechargeable) can last probably 1.5months.

i've even tried to remove the batteries from the URC when i go sleep or when not using...din really help awful lot.

give it a try..if you looking for budget type URC..and not those elite Logitech type, i think this is a good option.
