hi guy, i'm in hr2 still doing elder chief quest and now i can obtain kirin armor and tigrex armor but im confusing which better as far i can see tigrex got ear plug which good for hunting roar type monster and kirin have eleattk + all resist which also good to hunt certain element type monster.

anyone can give suggestion? currently im using devil slicer. and by the way which gem i should aim for? seem my health alittle and not used to it when using kut-ku got 130 but now drop 30 =X

I found the codes and I was able to get CWCheats in my psp but I don't have another PSP with EUR Monster hunter to test it out.. Tested with Xcalibur that day but it didn't work. Not sure if it's because of PSP firmware difference. wat firmware are u on m3ow?

pls refrain from playing those cheats code such as max money, max item (we hunters have our honor too , it also spoil the good nature of the game as well )
extra blood, change name n region unlock can be used just to enhance better gaming/ enjoyable. i dun think u need to use cwcheat to display hp bar also...   i know when a monster's hp is low.(i develop this sense for playing this game too long) so the paintball monster status skill is of no use to me

About the codes of CWCheat/FC that enable us to link with diff version of MH, I personally tried yesterday, and yes I can connect and play with my friend thru ad-hoc (mhp2g & mhfu). All I did was enter the gathering hall first and it's not neccessary that I have to take the quest, my fren can take the quests too.

confirmed working, even revived my friend’s corrupted save game from old firmware to new one before eur --> us

so it's not really hard actually, if you follow the tutorial step by step. you just need SGDeemer.
MAKE SURE you're using the latest version 110 because at first i almost gave up due to the game not launching after i activated the plugin.
But after that only i realize it.

Okay, me and my frens are all on 5.03GEN-A CFW as our PSP is 3K version
And I'm using FreeCheat,

Firstly, press the "note" button on ur psp when you're in ur Monster Hunter

Second, go to the "codes"

After that, find "Play with US (1/4)" until "Play with US (4/4)"

"Lock" those 4 sets cheat codes (by pressing select twice)

Go in to online gathering hall before ur friend,

And Enjoy !

(Note: If you leave the online gathering hall after that, your friend will need to get out from gathering hall and go in after u again)

PS: Sorry m3ow we didn't try the EU-US codes because we don't have EU version, but it shall work too i suppose)

2G is RM69, 2N is RM89.

U need to check ur jaring modem settings (Port forward etc, check the first page for configs) if u can connect to the xlink kai first. u don't need the dongle to setup the xlink kai connection. Test it out b4 u buy..

stuck on that mission, cant seems to find herb...

as i know:
GS - lv3 charge = X3 dmg of ur weapon's raw dmg
GL - charge shot = fire dmg depends on Shell Lv... n skills

Great Sword Lv3 charge deals about 110% (in simple terms) of the weapon's shown damage. You are thinking of sleep mode where monsters take 3x damage while asleep.

As for the gunlance's anti-dragon cannon attack,again in simple terms, the damage ranges from (30raw+10fire)x4 with Level 1 ammo to (48raw+16fire)x4 with Level 5 ammo. You multiply it by 4 because the blast attack hits 4 times and I'm assuming that all 4 hits connect.

GL - charge shot is call wyvern fire, it has constant damage and will ignore monster def(but the loading is 2 and half min )
we got 3 type of bullet which is normal, long and spread. Where as normal is the lowest dmg and spread is the highest dmg.
