I was shocked, although I did tell them to do a proper cable management.
So, I try to do it on my own;

This kind of cabling i sure complaint to the salesperson to redo the wiring or i reject to collect it.
BTW you can try route the CPU 12V cable from behind casing then connect to motherboard.
And try separate the HDD up to one bay.

You can try route the cable with the guide i draw from ur pic. Silverstone's cable are long enough to do it.
Assembly this kind of PC normally take 1 hours max. If 2 hours a bit over.

Try to manage the cable without the cable clip that bundle with casing. Use cable tie.
Processor fan's cable need to remanage.

Using masking tape will make your casing paint peel off easily. Why no use cable tie?

U can try separate the HDD to let them 'breathe'. The cable below HDD can do more better. Just my opinion.
