Maybe you can:
Change your sata cable routing from motherboard>hole near PSU>devices (arrange them nicely)
Change your front panel I/O cable from I/O>upper rubber hole>motherboard
Cover the cable under the HDD with some black cardboard
Fan under your optical drive, the wire can use your molex to 3pin right under your HDD, can re-route from upper rubber hole to behind your casing
if cable not long enough maybe you can get extender or change to longer sata cable
Just my 2cent if you want improvement...
