is that AC' 97 for your front casing audio port? why don't want use HD audio?

I refer to my mobo menu, that 1 is HD audio and AC' 97 is for those old mobo 1 if not mistaken.

Dont know what is the difference lar, see HD audio got more wire then plug it in, should be sound nicer.

turn your cpu heatsink fan and hide the fan cable.

its very difficult to hide the cables in scout, most people hide it at 5.25 or hdd bay.

18AWG (yellow, black, red, orange &..) either colour will do, preferably black or any dark in colour.

ya, I noe. I already bought connectors, sleeve and heatshrink from him.
I need 25meters for this wire, must be heavy for courier service, not worth of getting it.
