all the unused cable is already behind mobo, at the other side of the casing to be exact
the PSU cable i already route to the small hole between the mobo and psu, but still a lot is showing, the 24 is too thick and too short to put behind and the 8 pin is way too short, or my casing is too big |

QUOTE(Jayi @ Oct 15 2011, 10:10 AM) I believe the 8pin is possible to route from behind as I can see your chassis not cap ayam branded but Corsair tried and still cannot unless i cut off the cable, the shortest possible route would be the small hole under the while PCI slot then come out from the small hole above the 8 pin, the connector can come out of the hole, but cannot twist the cable anymore But what you need is recabling again. Just like the time when I got my cm 690. At first I was thought is impossible to route the 8pin from behind but after few times of try, finally I made it Tips : Plug out all cable and plug the 8pin cable from behind 1st |

not very good in cable management, but at least it doesn't block the airflow much

QUOTE(k3lvinNdad @ Dec 4 2013, 10:33 AM) » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Maybe you can: Change your sata cable routing from motherboard>hole near PSU>devices (arrange them nicely) Change your front panel I/O cable from I/O>upper rubber hole>motherboard Cover the cable under the HDD with some black cardboard Fan under your optical drive, the wire can use your molex to 3pin right under your HDD, can re-route from upper rubber hole to behind your casing if cable not long enough maybe you can get extender or change to longer sata cable Just my 2cent if you want improvement... but i think cardboard not necessary since i rarely show off the casing This post has been edited by amduser: Dec 4 2013, 02:59 PM |
