You can always make your cables longer, just cut, add the required length and solder together. Then sleeve it to make it nice. If you don't want to sleeve, just use cable ties to group the cables. It will be a lot neater and nicer. Then the rest should fall into its own place like the hard disk

I would definitely go for cable extension.
