QUOTE(RattleSnaKe @ Apr 10 2011, 04:16 PM) I dont think the 24pin can be hide behind mobo tray , it's very thick . Or you hav a better guide ? While the 6pin pcie cable are laying at hdd rack because my gtx460 went rma , so I could just only put there for temporarily .Added on April 11, 2011, 6:13 pm QUOTE(taxidoor @ Apr 11 2011, 01:03 AM) Quite newbie actually since the case I had before doesnt hav good cable management design . I had seen a lot people's with their insane cable management so I just learn some of it from them Added on April 11, 2011, 6:22 pm QUOTE(EricCYL @ Apr 11 2011, 11:29 AM) Bought a new casing few days ago, any comment on this case? QUOTE(EricCYL @ Apr 11 2011, 10:17 PM) Did that also, cable too thick until i can't screw my mobo on the mounting point Seriusly very thick ? I been used a xigmatek 520 modular psu also for a while , but didnt notice any difference If i'm using CoolerMaster Pro 850watt psu then i can manage it the way you mention, since that model cable are so thin i can squeeze them anywhere |

QUOTE(EricCYL @ Apr 16 2011, 04:38 PM) If changing to SB, i need to change mobo and proc But I thought sandy bridge uses pcie 3.0 which has twice the bandwidth of 2.0, so if you're running at x8, it's the same as running x16 in x58 .And from what i know SB mobo runs on x8 / x 8 PEG bandwidth when SLi |

QUOTE(EricCYL @ Apr 17 2011, 12:24 AM) PCI-E 3.0? You sure about that? As far as i know all P67 chipset still using PCI-E 2.0. Just assume that I'm wrong . But how about tis Example as Asus P8P67 and Asus Maximus 4 Extreme also stated they are running PCI-E 2.0 The only 3.0 i think of is the Revision 3.0 for fixing the SATA issue Added on April 17, 2011, 12:41 amBy the way , we are kinda out of the topic since this is cable management thread This post has been edited by Jayi: Apr 17 2011, 12:41 AM |

QUOTE(FiragaZ @ Apr 18 2011, 02:59 PM) My ugly case Why dont spend some time and do better cable management ? For example , I can pretty sure that the 8pin for mobo should can be route behind mobo tray and most the cables such as 4pin molex at hdd tray can be hided as well .» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |
