i think because their marketing strategy..
they want to conquer and control penang and sabah market before come to KL..
KL now already got maxis and celcom 3g..
or maybe penang and sabah are just for testing first..
once they are stable and all they im sure they will come to KL..

Mine is opposite problem.
Can make video calls flawlessly but cannot received. If I get video calls mine will go into voice mode and the caller will go into video mode, so few seconds later will get disconnected and it will say operation failed.

Called CS about 13 times. I mean seriously. They said need to change setting lah, must go to Digi Center lah, you don't know the right way to use lah, your phone doesn't support 3G lah, must be in dual mode lah, your place is out of coverage lah and nothing can be done. I know all of these aren't true. The CS so stupid and it really sucks.

Finally, the last person said this 3G service to mobile phones only temporary and still in trial and that's why only can be used Digi to Digi. But the weird thing is I can make video calls to Celcom. And then she said that's a good thing. WTF. Although she has the best answer but Digi CS still sucks in a way.

Me too. Said 24 hours but I only got my signal more than 24 hours. Some people said the truth is 15 minutes. This is so unfair.
