I was trying to run the balckra1n, but it stuck at waiting for phone...

dude...
pls..
use the search function..
dont expect people will spoon fed u all the way..

by the way, if you are on windows,
kill the ituneshelper.exe and AppleMobileDeviceService.exe process before you hit the "make it ra1n" button.

hopes this will help.
