We really need some reinforcements to help us continue our steady progress in Icecrown, in fact... as recently as last week we only raided ~5 hours in our 25 mans. Help us maintain solid progression for Aman'thul, and take your one-off chance to join NK's team.

Ask yourself this : Are you a quality raider?
If you think you are, we would like you to come and apply to NK. You might not have the best gear, you might not have the best experience in previous content, but if you think you do great DPS/HPS/TPS and excellent situational awareness... well, we want you.

Facts:
-Our progression is top of the realm in 10 and 25 mans. www.wow-amanthul.com/www.wowprogress.com/www.guildox.com. This includes all significant server firsts since Anub'Arak Hardmode. We're also the top PvP guild on the realm according to http://www.arenajunkies.com/rankings/guild/US-Aman%27Thul/
-We raid 11:00-2:00am server time (weds/thurs/sun/mon). Only raid ~9-10 hrs on average though. This is 9pm-midnight for+8GMT.
-We consider ourselves casual as we have relaxed raids, but we only recruit the best possible applicants as we are always looking to improve. Casual =/= bad.
-We don't shout at raiders, we don't goad people who have real life things to attend to.

What we are looking for:
1-2 x Mage
1 x Exceptional Holy Paladin.
Any exceptional DPS.

Fair point, although let me disagree with you..
Ulduar came out in April, and full 226 gear is available from badge grinding and gold, so I don't think it is too much to ask that an applicant has at least seen Yogg normal 10 man, or has full 226 gear. Additionally, not all reasons for rejecting were statedin that forum response, I spoke at length with him in game.... Nevertheless, you weren't to know that...

An example of us accepting "diamonds-in-the-rough" are the applicants without any serious raiding experience joining us in hardmodes or progression content... We recruited people who hadn't stepped into TK/BT or Hyjal when we were doing Sunwell, we recruited a Lock who wasn't able to clear Naxx25/Maly25 as we started Ulduar25.... Even recently, we recruited people who can't clear Ulduar keepers (normal) whilst we're working on their hardmode equivalents. Given that all normal mode content is puggable, I once again reiterate that this is a fair expectation. Even saying this, it takes more than just these boss experience and adequate gear to get accepted or to prove you are a diamond-in-the-rough!

Bumping for our Realm First! Grand Crusader achievement that we attained last week. Now we have some members sporting the "Grand Crusader" title, which is unique to our guild on Aman'thul.
Now we're attempting "Death's Demise" whilst steadily progressing through ICC25 Normal.
