We probably have equivalent amounts of regen, although given that I rarely go oom, I would suggest that I have more than enough. What I am trying to say here, is that your gear level is too low. I wouldn't even want to bring you to the easier Ulduar hardmodes (XT, Hodir, etc.).

Perhaps you should word it differently, eg "...so even if you think you're "almost there" in terms of meeting our requirement, we encourage you to apply..."
