Actually those that you mentioned are called 'maprens'. They are indeed like plague. When they congregate around an area because owners are willing to let to them, the area will soon be filled with them and its very hard to eradicate them. Just look at KIP and another Venice Hill apt at Cheras where there was a riot by these maprens.That's why they love here.. Much better situation & living conditions..
