Any dining places or shop to intro for liquor drinking or beer drinking or some special cocktail mix?

Besides that, I'm looking for some places or peoples who sell any beer or any liquor at a lower price, please do PM me if you have such offer ya =)

As for places, anyone know where can i get Absinthe? I went quite a few places and couldn't found it also, is it selling in Malaysia yet?
