Before u bought ur first property, how many properties have u seen and how many agents have u contacted?
I think I have contacted countless agents, some replied and some didn't,plus I nearly got cheated by one
I have viewed 4 properties so far.....and haven't got any result yet...

Hi. Nvm about those lousy agents.
I can help you.
Which property are you interested at? If I have any suitable one, I can recommend you some.
Cheers.

View as many as you can. The more units you see, the more experience and knowledge you will have gained in evaluating a property and having a feel of the market. After viewing 20 properties, try going back for a second look at some of the properties you viewed earlier, you will likely notice things and ask questions you missed out the first time you viewed it.

QUOTE(leongal @ Oct 21 2009, 10:57 AM) yah, it is difficult to find a trustable one... Not that hard if you keep looking. You can find bankers that live nearby and ask who is the best residential agent. Apperantly you're looking for a place to stay. For investing, find for investor and ask.
