Before u bought ur first property, how many properties have u seen and how many agents have u contacted?

I think I have contacted countless agents, some replied and some didn't,plus I nearly got cheated by one

I have viewed 4 properties so far.....and haven't got any result yet...

Hi.
Nvm about those lousy agents.

I can help you.

Which property are you interested at?
If I have any suitable one, I can recommend you some.

Cheers.

View as many as you can. The more units you see, the more experience and knowledge you will have gained in evaluating a property and having a feel of the market. After viewing 20 properties, try going back for a second look at some of the properties you viewed earlier, you will likely notice things and ask questions you missed out the first time you viewed it.

you won't see results as early as the 4th viewing. i believe patience is the key.

not saying that everyone has to view dozens or hundreds of units before buying one, but it's better to view more so that you'll have an idea of what you're really looking for, and whether the property is appropriately priced. you do not want to put 10% downpayment to get your dream house only to find out later you're paying 30% above market value.

if i remember correctly, i think i've viewed over 50 properties before i got my first one, and even that it's not for own stay. but definitely over a hundred before i finally found one for own stay.

goodluck. smile.gif

The more properties you view, the sweeter the deals become.

Buying for own stay or investment?

Not that hard if you keep looking.
You can find bankers that live nearby and ask who is the best residential agent.
Apperantly you're looking for a place to stay.
For investing, find for investor and ask.

For my 1st property I viewed 2. For my 2nd property, I viewed only 1 and that's the one.
