Hi All Sifu Sifu,
Currently I'm been offered to buy an extra car park for my apartment which i'm very keen on getting
My concern is how do I go through the legal process of getting 1?

Similar to normal house S&P?
Buyer need a lawyer to draft out S&P for car park lot?
Or i could draft my own S&P and just go to land office to stamp it.

Please advice... TQ TQ

Unfortunately, parking bay can't b sold without the unit, therefore it is impossible to sell and buy

if .....only if the said car park lot have strata title then you can buy/ sell use something like normal house's S&P
