I'm only 15. Buy i cooked lamb before
Take the beef and put it in the fridge Then take a basin, put some blackpepper sauce, pounded black pepper, chopped garlic, onions and 1 sauce i forgot Put the stuff into the basin and put in the beef Then use your hands and rub it with the stuff in the basin Take a clean bag, pour all the stuff into the basin including the beef Leave it in the fridge forr atleast 5 hours. The longer the better I usually do it 24 hours. Then take the beef out and grill You are done. Can eat with other stuff also Try it out with normal beef in small amounts Then controll the ingredients and get the taste you want |

Longer does not mean that it will absorb all the flavours. Maximum for flavour absorbtion is only 2 hrs. The longer you marinate, the softer it is.
I usually marinate my beef in olive oil, lots of garlic, thyme, dried basil and a lil pinch of sugar. (1 piece of beef, 1 pinch of sugar. Sprinkle on both sides.) Remember not to overcook it. Slightly undercook is the best. Overcook = rock hard meat xD |

Wagyu Beef Does not need BlackPepper and any other heavy marinate. For Once, Just season with Salt and Pepper and ur good to go. Like this only one can savour the tenderness and the natural flavours of a SUPER EXPENSIVE steak! LOL..
Wagyu and be simply grilled medium. Just nice Let the meat melt in ur mouth.. Orgasmic man! LOL Served with Blanched Vege and Good Old English Mustard. |

i cook it super fast on high flame since it important to keep the fat from dissolve too much when cooking over long time. just char the outside 2 side nicely then poke with something sharp to check is there any blood at the middle.

I got some special event coming and I'm planning to grill some wagyu beef. Any idea where can I get these in KL area?
Preferably fresh one...but frozen one is acceptable also in desperate case. Thank you |
