Hi Romance & Chris Chew, the purpose not sharing herewith, the property is at affordable price compare to the surrounding area, limited units, the developer not yet launch the units and if the market response is tremendous overwhelming the deveoper might increase pricing. Those public domain publication herewith are high end condominium with almost same price as the landed property and give an option for those interested to consider.
