Well done accetera!! The above future developments hv sent us a very clear message, land is scarce, developers hv to raise the plot ratio to new height in order to minimize per unit land cost, my immediate reaction to this is focusing in landed property will become priority target...invest in prime area could minimise risk in property investment

Quite agree...
Basically these area still supplying affordable landed properties :-
- Bukit Jalil/Bandar Kinrara Corridor - right in the middle of KL-PJ-Puchong - the three major satellite cities, watch up Malton-Ho Hup Jalil Green City
- Cyberjaya - good infrastructures and KLIA LCCT at the back
- Old Klang Road - location too good and neighbouring to mid-valley city (but I keep my finger cross as how much this Chinese old cow boy road can be makeover-ed)
- Sungei Besi - Tasik Selatan Transportation Hub will be a booster to it's development (But sg Besi is mess, looks like only YTL and Country Heights doing well)
- Cheras-Kajang Corridor - Much well plan than Puchong in terms of access (problem is if Chinese dun want to move to Kajang, cannot "wong" also like another Putrajaya)

Btw our property prices are still relatively cheap, try looking at elsewhere at today's price. KLCC prices is actually a laughing stock if you compare heart of Bangkok and Makati.

One thing - our construction quality is still quite poor, and I believe we are slowly improving when many developers are using new methods that supposedly reduce the cost but since higher-grade materials are used, and when materials are more expensive during current times thus it will increase the cost. When that happens, they will pass down higher costs to the Consumers.

Lotsa new projects being announced on daily basis now.....
