I agree car prices, mentality and semi-urban/rural infrastructure, governance and management efficiency.

Somehow local people see their own country very different.

Btw our property prices are still relatively cheap, try looking at elsewhere at today's price. KLCC prices is actually a laughing stock if you compare heart of Bangkok and Makati.

One thing - our construction quality is still quite poor, and I believe we are slowly improving when many developers are using new methods that supposedly reduce the cost but since higher-grade materials are used, and when materials are more expensive during current times thus it will increase the cost. When that happens, they will pass down higher costs to the Consumers.

Lotsa new projects being announced on daily basis now.....
