New/Used/Unreg : Used Honda city or new Proton Saga

Specs : 1.5 IDS / 1.3 saga
Remarks : Which one is better buy? used Honday city 04/03 or new proton saga

Dont know which one should get new saga or used honda city 03/04 year. New saga got warrantly but see forum seem got a lot problem even its new. Used City not sure the condition if just test driver for few minutes....really dont know which one should get.

Thanks to travis_ckf and victor87 for your advise... I have fews more question to ask about City.

1. How to i know whether gearbox got problem during test drive?

2. It's gearbox problem will happen to all city just depand to time?

3. its got two batch of city which are 7 gears and 5 gears? and from forum, 5 gears will not have gearbox problem.

look at forum, changing cvt gearbox would cost 20k.....

Cant find too much information about this car on web, What is the FC for this car? Feel that the car price not bad but seem not much ppl go for this car also. got particular reason?

Actually im consider to buy saga Blm but alot ppl complaining about bad fc that make me stop and start consider others used car have similar price range but does give better FC.
