i was hoping to start a thread that focuses only on Nordshleife circuit using NFS Shift.. anyone with me?

well, it's not fair to say that. yes, playing with racing wheel gives u better "feel", granted. but EA and teams has given all out to make this game not only realistic, but enjoyable even if u play with a controller/gamepad.

i play this game with xbox360 controller, and it works like a charm. it is much much more realistic than GRID i must say..

i flipped through couple of pages and i found somebody posts Nordshleife lap time in 7m 40s in a stock GTR R35. so i give it another go coz my best is 7m 43s..

so here it is...

yup.. it is stock GTR R35.. not the spec-v version..

my posted time is using xbox360 controller.. not enuf money yet to buy race wheel

u mean AE86? that car is too slow to be tested on nordshleife lorr.. tier 1.. can fall asleep while driving.. but will give it a try now..

ic.. i tot use stock car.. damn slow.. but the handling is quite good though..



will return with AE86 full upgrade..

i feel more comfortable using xbox360 gamepad.. it depends on person.. but really wanna try Shift using racing wheel.. anyone can pinjam to me?

man, this is so addicting..

hehe.. i'll try to beat that time tomorrow morning.. hehe..

if u want to max out everything in shift, it can be pretty heavy when it comes to a situation where there's more than 5 cars in a screen(eg. during corners).. just try playing around with the setting, lower it down if u find it lag when racing with multiple AI, but if u r doing time attack alone, max should be ok i guess..

Finally, after having the third run...



if u can go faster than this, then GG from me dy.. quite difficult to handle this monster. having a lot of oversteer in the 2nd sector..

is it tokyo circuit or tokyo club? WORKS LP640 is it?

LP640 Works is sure very challenging to handle in such tight circuit..

empty, try it with works..

leaderboard? let's make nordschleife leaderboard for stock and works car!
