hey all.

i have a budget of rm2500. i will be using the laptop for image editing purposes. my current laptop runs on amd (toshiba) , 2.0gb ddr and still is slow. i'm keeping my options open but it would be an added benefit if i can find laptops that have international warranty as well.

i've never really used asus or see people use asus. is it good in general?

studio 15 ey? i asked some guy and he said best is to get intel core 2 duo and nvidia (sp?) and ati. which i have no idea what they meant. but i'm looking at some laptops like hp, dell and toshiba. i dont know whetther i shud include compaq. i know like toshiba very solid the built. and i've also used dell. i'm not quite sure on hp though.

what about inspiron 1440 to studio 15? any hp laptops i can consider?

what about compaq or toshiba ?
