i looking at laptop around RM2.5k
laptop size should be 14 or 15 inch
i need a graphic card as I got play some games.
do I need wait till PC fair or can just look around in Low Yat now.

I posted last 2 week for laptop recommendation which spec is
around 2.5k, some gaming, 14-15 inch.

as many people respond was Asus k40AB and Dell Studio 15. Dell 15 is a good choice but need to top up 200 make me consider till today.

As PC fair is near at that time so I plan to wait till today, and hope more new model with better spec around. Laptop with GPU HD4570 cost 2.5k still only this two spec? any with GPU 4530? or NVIDIA G210M? that cheaper

as I see benchmark of G210M performance is higher than HD4570. G210M is 3394 and HD4570 only 3312 in 3dMark06.

if i going to buy laptop at low yat later, which shop recommend?

btm what diff with GDDR3, DDR2 and DDR3.
if got the choice which type should I choose?

so there are no others model to choice round?
no new spec come out this PC fair?
and I still wondering which shop should I buy in low yat plaza and can I bargain price with them? or any goodies that they will give under bargaining?

I saw others tread which astria said that c2duo cannot support ddr3 ram. how about gpu ddr3? can it support?

can I know TurboCache GPU is good?
I heard it can boost up to many mb of ram compare to non TC.
as the laptop you all recommend is using ATI Radeon 4570, which don't have TC, will it still good enough to use? Compare to NVIDIA G100 or G200 series.

And I want to know how you all know it is DDR2 or DDR3 if it not stated? can check in system?
And for the dell video card, you all said it is DDR3, but where you all found it? I look at the web, it only state 512MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570.

I just bought new laptop Toshiba satellite L510-S4314
I buy at pc fair at the price of 2590 yesterday which i bargain from them. (normal price 2799 ) and with 7 goodies, 1 year Avira Anti Virus, free upgrade 2gb ram (total 4gb now) and a carry bag.

I would like to thanks to all who give me information of buying new laptop. especially lee_what2004 and astria.

why all still consider dell studio 15? before PC fair i was thinking to buy dell 15 but after at pc fair i check the spec of L510, I just bought L510
as toshiba L510-S314 is cheaper than dell n performance better rite?
the spec is T6600, 4GB DDR3 Ram, HD4570, Win7 Home Premium, 1 Year Int and 2 year local warranty at RM2600 only.
compare to dell which only give 3GB ddr2, i tot is better.
and dell studio i check is a bit large as it is 15.6 screen. other than that Toshiba also have HD 14" LCD screen
