well, it should be manageable, so far no complaint about heat from the user that had bought 4740g
 must say, acer has been improving their quality, especially with their gemstone and timeline series... my acer still alive till now and still using it |

if strictly toshiba, value with performance would be toshiba L510-S4318B (new model) or toshiba l510-s4314 (old model)
