Cyber, try switching off and on the aircond, see whether the sound is related to the compressor (which is actually at the bottom left of the car from front view, but anything goes now, since we're guessing)

ermm.. i think one minute is enough, u don't need a whole day to test that out.. don't waste your fuel, better give me..
see my fuelly sig.. 1 fuel-up so far, and its just partial fuel-up.. huhu.. i don't own a credit card for full fuel-ups yet.. huhu

have i mention this story yet to you guys..
i was driving down the highway, then stop by rest area, parked next to another saga blm. guess what happen next?
when i remote lock my car, the other car responded too! (mine closed, the other one opened)
at first, i thought it was just a coincidence, whereby the owner of that car remote open/lock same time as me, so i just proceed to the 'refreshment' activity without further ado.
when i came back to my, remote open my car, the other responded again!

yup, thats what i thought too. the chances to find another saga with same code parked nearby our car is slim, but still POSSIBLE.
would you mind sharing us info on aftermarket alarms?
