Most banks have the policy set at 90% LTV (Loan To Value).
So hardly any banks give 100%.

Wow cool!!!
But honestly I don't quite like PBB's customer service & teller. They are rude and not friendly at all. Not just in one branch but almost every branch are like that. My mom's housing loan is with them and everytime she goes to pay the monthly installment, the tellers will show attitude like my mom owe them millions bucks like that. mad.gif

Normally 90% depending on the loan and bank. Yeah, I agree, have to discuss with the valuer if you know one.

You should always select a banker/broker with good customer service. After all, the tenure of the loan is throughout many years so you have to take into that into account. In future, you'd want less headache for something you have to do every month.

i m from public bank, loan for 90%

while for teller case, branch that i go for make payment, pay bill, serve me with fast speed and a smile, so after i graduate, i also go and apply into pbb,
meanwhile, u can go n ask the branch people to set standing instruction, so next time it will auto deduct from ur saving account, or u oso can do ebanking to make payment

Go for international banks like HSBC/Standard Chartered/Citibank. Dump the lousy local banks.
