Hmmm in this case I agree with everyone else. Just tell her you decided "no". Hopefully she'll understand your situation. She seems stubborn, so tell her what are the possible consequences if you say yes to buying it. Financial problems, have to borrow from relatives etc blablabla. Maybe not in a completely straightforward manner, but make her realise you don't have much of a choice.
