QUOTE(gkl83 @ Jun 13 2011, 06:16 PM) as my experiences, LG customer service and lobby environment at Brew Tower Kelana Jaya d@mm disappointing... even a dirty and unproper clothing air con dealer also walk in into service center and bringing the compressor which dripping some sort of chemical on carpet... wow pretty scary for the samsung case, i tot u can use aftermarket bracket no?as for Samsung, my colleague commented and experienced that the stand with fancy transparent plastic thinggy which holding the TV's body, it cracked without reasons and almost smash on his relative's kid that sitting right in front the TV... my colleague send a photo and complain to Samsung and Sen Heng seriously, but still the new 50" big TV also use the same material... just my 2 cents... no offences... |

QUOTE(jcst83 @ Jun 14 2011, 01:41 AM) lol.....u still dint mention that u care for the Full HD or not..... is full hd possible and useful in 32" tv? Anyway...if normal HD ready resolution (1366 x 768) for 32" LCD..... Sharp 32" LCD will be a good choice...i think..... u can go to check around and compare..... But still....for me...if LED vs LCD...i'll vote for LED... Oh ya...just FYI....the Max power consumption for LED (32") is around 70W only...while LCD (32") is around 130W......can try to calculate and c la... btw, calvin ng, i heard samsung using plastic bracket for wall mount? is there any steel bracket or aftermarket steel bracket i can use to mount the tv to wall? |

QUOTE(jcst83 @ Jun 14 2011, 01:15 PM) Useful.... if u have a good eye sight.... meaning it is noticable if i sit near the tv eh?but if u doesn't care, hd ready will be enuf for 32"....haha.. TV Bracket got categorize as "Samsung Wall mount" or "Sony Wall mount" one meh?.... i tot it just different with what design u 1 and size of TV... if u mention about LCD Back Cover....i think all of that should be in Plastic Back Cover....... QUOTE(calvin_ng @ Jun 14 2011, 01:57 PM) The plastic is the stand... and I dont know about you guys but I dont use it I mount it to my wall haha, icic. SO the VESA mount can buy at any shop la? not only provided by tv manufacturer? All LCD/LED/PLASMA uses VESA Mount. The wall bracket usually is steel (you buy good one laaa) and it screw into the TV Frame which is also steel/alluminium depend on model... so no issue leh... furthermore 32" how heavy can a TV get if 55" then I may consider better quality mount |

QUOTE(Mea Culpa @ Apr 16 2013, 10:04 PM) The BUDGET VERSION of Led TV, such as EX330, EX430, EX43B, LS3110, EH5000, EH5003, EH6030. These TV are not using Edge-lit LED, but Direct-Lit LED. So means its will not be using light guide plats, which is the cause of clouding. When moisture gets between it, then dries, the plates separates from LCD layer, according to samsung engineer. hi would like to seek your advice for recommendation on budget mid entry tv max budget 2k, size 32-40". thanksUniformity is definitely better than Edge-lit, even tho these are LOW END TVs, ironic isn't it? It has fewer Leds means brightness is lesser, around 250-300 nits. But the banding problem is still there, very obvious when viewing slightly above black gray materials. It will pops when viewing dark grey. |
