Want to ask your opinion. Samsung 40" LA40D551 vs Sharp 40" LC40L550M

Which one is better in term of picture quality and features? I am kind of undecided.

A lot of shops asked me to take Samsung because it is cheaper by a couple of hundreds if compared to Sharp. Also claimed that Samsung is #1 in Malaysia.

In fact, I don't mind paying extra more if the brand/model is good.
