hey guys.. i'm planning to buy an lcd/LED ( if possible ) with the budget of 2k.. 40 inch and above.. what's the best that i can get from the market now? kinda blur with all these new tv's coming out..

prefer tv's with the most functions..
image quality dont really play a big role for me ( HD would be enough)
