problem solve.the technician come again to change to board..now can play  the rmvb files already..so i think some samsung tv but some they just block it..depend on luck also..I got email the Samsung customer services and they reply me that malaysia samsung are not support rmvb files..I justl ike wtf..luckily I contact the previous samsung technician again and he come change for me again..=D
