Just bought a LED tv lately, wanted to ask, can i plug in an external harddisk with video file in it to watch it with my tv? My LED tv is Sharp LE830m 46".

Sorry for the noob question.

obviously ur TV doesn't support DTS/Dobly but only stereo (2channel)

if u want to play MKV with DTS/Dobly audio format, get a good HTiB or decent AV receiver setup instead...

otherwise get a good media player to down mix the audio from DTS/Dobly to Stereo which the most of TV don't have such capabilities yet...

Got a sony E380 Hitb, but still no sound... Shit dont know whether the setting problem or?

Yes it does support...
I try plugging in the HDD directly to the Hitb player but cannot detect, tried plug it to the tv, got picture no sound rclxub.gif
