as my experiences, LG customer service and lobby environment at Brew Tower Kelana Jaya d@mm disappointing... even a dirty and unproper clothing air con dealer also walk in into service center and bringing the compressor which dripping some sort of chemical on carpet... sweat.gif some more a customer screwed a customer service staff as he no well training and no professional enough to serve him and wasting his time, taken complain form and left... LG No-No for me...

as for Samsung, my colleague commented and experienced that the stand with fancy transparent plastic thinggy which holding the TV's body, it cracked without reasons and almost smash on his relative's kid that sitting right in front the TV... my colleague send a photo and complain to Samsung and Sen Heng seriously, but still the new 50" big TV also use the same material... doh.gif i avoid samsung TV (if using the plastic supports) for safety concerned unless Samsung replace it with stand with full metal support which same as Panasonic and Toshiba...

just my 2 cents... no offences...

i am not into led, just lcd. led are doesn't bring diff compared to lcd right? and ppl said led are power saving, but how far does it save electric compared to lcd? hmm.gif which brand more better in your opinion?

lol.....u still dint mention that u care for the Full HD or not.....

Anyway...if normal HD ready resolution (1366 x 768) for 32" LCD..... Sharp 32" LCD will be a good choice...i think.....smile.gif
u can go to check around and compare.....smile.gif.....

But still....for me...if LED vs LCD...i'll vote for LED...tongue.gif.....i know it's really subjective... depend on person and his/her own like...smile.gif...if i go for LCD mainly just in term or price only...XD.....

Oh ya...just FYI....the Max power consumption for LED (32") is around 70W only...while LCD (32") is around 130W......can try to calculate and c la...tongue.gif....

how bout toshiba? I've compared side by side between Toshiba XL700E, Sony EX520 and Panasonic TH-42LE3K. Toshiba picture quality is the best. Is there any other things that I need to take into account before choosing LED tv?

Perhaps I have asked too many in this subforum and people getting annoyed biggrin.gif I wish I could buy it without thinking but to think the money I'm gonna spend stop me to do that. Well, I still have few more days before buying tv because am waiting my astro to be installed. Well plasma tv and high end LED tv rules here, so hard to find any comments on entry level LED tv blush.gif

The plastic is the stand... and I dont know about you guys but I dont use it I mount it to my wall

All LCD/LED/PLASMA uses VESA Mount. The wall bracket usually is steel (you buy good one laaa) and it screw into the TV Frame which is also steel/alluminium depend on model...

so no issue leh... furthermore 32" how heavy can a TV get if 55" then I may consider better quality mount
