Thx a lot.. i already give up for this problem... look like no solution...
now is the webcam problem...
my old inspiron 1520 webcam video quality is much better than the current studio xps 16 webcam video quality
when video call using Windows Live Messenger... i know, both is 2.0MP webcam...
i check the 1520, the driver use year 2006 Microsoft driver... and the current 1640 use latest Creative Labs driver
then i uninstall the Creative Labs driver, and let the windows 7 self install it.. now using year 2006 Microsoft driver..
The result : still the same bad quality.. some time freeze...
then i reinstall the latest Creative Labs driver... Now, no more freeze, jz bad quality.. can see a lot of boxes
WLM version same... use same connection... at home...
er bro the memory problem is caused by the 32 bit os, hard to explain this technical thing, best way to overcome tis problem is format ur os into 64bit os, u can demand a 64bit os dvd from dell, i duno thr will be a charge anot btw. upgrade to 64bit with confidence, 64 bit os doesn't has much compatibility issues like last time adynow is the webcam problem...
