Heard a lot of good reviews about NC2000 over at amazon But it's a tad too pricey- RM200+

But i'll try to get my dad to get this for me

Australia is pretty hot when it's summer- can burn ya skin

But haven't experienced winter yet

I think something is wrong with Dell's website today

Now already have RM3599 configuration P8700+3GB+320GB HDD

But all the 3.6k,4.2k,5k configurations cannot customize anymore-just the screen only

Using RM4199 configuration and upgrading to i5-530M and 500GB HDD which costs RM4509.I asked for a discount and she quoted me RM4327 I'm looking for around RM400 rebate or more but when i asked her for a better price,she merely said "no,sorry its already a discounted price".She even added that she gave me 24 months McAfee foc.
Told her again that my budget is strictly 4k and that 4.3k is out of it and whether the price can be reduced further,she said "take the RM4199 configuration then"

One advice here :Be direct and try not to beat around the bush - because there are others waiting in line I actually waited for more than 30 minutes,then the "session ended" or probably was cut off

iinm you won't get the total HDD available for usage because small fraction of it is required for HDD back up am i right?

U mean which has a better performance?Definitely the SXPS 16 since it has either P8700,i5 or i7 to choose from

What are your usage?Bear in mind one is 13" and the other is a 15.6" and both are like day and night when compared

Indeed.The SXPS 16 is hot, normal for some, but definitely hot for me Get a good laptop cooler dude....will help reduce the temperature

By the way guys, i'm gonna order my SXPS 16 RM3599 configuration tomorrow.I had to forgo getting the i5-540m as it costs RM4441 which in return, would save me up to RM800 Blerghhh.......gonna change another laptop after 2-3 years anyway

Hoping to get a discount for the RM3599 configuration although chances would be slim.Gimme a targus bag is enough or are there better freebies i should ask for
