I don't know if it is good, playing Prototype with High Setting 1280x720 always from 30 fps drop till 5fps.
If play with Low Setting, the fps somehow stabilise at around 25++fps. |

Sorry if I have to come out with this question, but nevertheless I still don't get it.
A laptop versus a desktop. Laptop specification with processor 2.8GHz with Mobility Radeon 4670 and 4GB of RAM, while desktop specification with processor of 2.0Ghz with same graphic card and 3GB of RAM. But playing game wise, the laptop endured less FPS than the one at desktop. What could be the problem? |

I tried the desktop mod driver.
Used everything at Lowest at 1280x720. It could somehow reach 40+ fps but could drop till around 10+fps. I envied my friend's desktop with the same GC but can play at high setting with no problem at all. Beside that, I'm kinda scare to OC my GC. |

QUOTE(shinichi88 @ Nov 20 2009, 01:45 PM) So far, i been playing games such as Modern Warfare 2, GRID, Resident Evil 5, Need For Speed Shift.. Alright, will test it.with resolution 1280x720, mid-high settings.. and it run smooths... I didn't turn on Fraps and didn't notice any "super-lag" (5 fps) occur. If can u try others game, see got any fps breakdown... Windows 7 should have Windows XP mode, if u install Professional or Ultimate version. Oh I just wanted dual boot Windows XP for some personal reason. |

Never try never know!
Windows 7 is far better beyond my expectation! So far so good. Now I saved my time dual boot for Windows XP. It worked flawlessly. Well the reason I wanted to have XP installed because I wanted to play Maple. Yea it might look funny for a 2D game, but it actually quite picky. In Vista, you can't go boss in Maple Story. It would had a lot of graphical problem. But now, just tested with Windows 7 and it was so great, too great to say no! |

QUOTE(Adri@n @ Nov 21 2009, 02:18 PM) I don't know if it helps, I went to LAN shop and this problem occur before. The solution I do was, before launching Maple don't open IE. After that it will do fine. Windows 7 shouldn't have a problem with Maple. I tested it myself. I went to Zakum and Horntail and it worked flawlessly. High resolution all the way in Zakum and lowest resolution all the way in Horntail. Gonna try high resolution in Horntail next time. Maple Story never fail to become 1 of my favourite online game. |

QUOTE(Fantasia @ Nov 25 2009, 05:56 PM) Not too sure which was it.Sorry, I have been using Windows Movie Maker all the while. I tried exporting with different format, but everything ended up bigger size than usual. Any other simpler software? Maybe any way to install Windows Movie Maker? I wondered why I downloaded it with .aspx extension. |

QUOTE(kelvin_hata @ Dec 5 2009, 12:34 PM) Should I?Or did I do something wrongly? Like always, I'm powered by the adapter, never had the battery plugged in. But once in a blue moon, I will plug in my battery and just switch off the adapter because I moved the laptop around the house. Sometimes the problem arise, sometimes not. Or should I refrain myself from doing so in the future? Would it really cause a harm to my LCD/laptop? Feedback is well appreciated, thanks! |
