hey anyone facing hdmi connection problem ? I inserted the HDMI cable into my tv and computer but there is no display on the tv. Im using the modded 9.11 driver , could it be the problem?

Im planning to buy this XPS 16 soon... I was wondering, is the build quality good enough for home use? maybe open close lid everyday about 4-5 times... is there any issue with the hinges, flexing, etc? Im deciding between this and studio 15 and sony vaio fw series... budget is less than 4.5k... =p |

so far never heard any issue about hinge and flexing from any user in LYN. the build quality...erm... i spill some hot green tea on it and it still run like charm, what do u think?
