Already own this k40ab about 3 months, i`m really happy with this laptop performance, 
but now got this problem~~
same as him but mine not blinking all time, justt goes up and down for 1 second then ok~
and its happen randomly~~
feel like playing this laptop infront of time bombs~~ 
realy scared~~

so what I need to do, go for RMA right now or wait till the bomb explode??

already use latest catalyst driver but didnt update to the latest bios~~
bcoz latest bios already fix the fan bug~~ 

u sure this isnt LCD problem?

Maybe next week ATi will release the official one.

already try using mod driver and normal driver..

dont buy evercool magic, rubbish. i bought it and regret it....=.= waste of money...

how is the 4570 in k50ab compared to 5470 in A52 for gaming purposes?
Dont know whether to save the cash to buy K50ab or top up for A52.

No, its just HD4570 with some added transistor for DirectX11 and a die shrink so its only slightly faster than HD4570 unless if it use GDDR5 memory. GPU-Z detect the memory bus wrong like when earlier GPU-Z detect the HD4570 having 128-bit memory bus.

Anyone tested the Beta ones yet? Does the PowerXpress working with it?

I haven't use PowerXpress for a long time, dGPU all the time, free up some memory

Its good to know that any improvement in games performance or something?

Guys, my k40AB battery barely last an hour with average surfing with this laptop (Bought on July 09).

Would ASUS warranty cover for this?
