Windows XP dont support PowerXpress. Change to Vista or 7 if you want to use it

Im using stock/factory bios version, never upate it.

Actually i found out that there is no need to change any setting on battery mode or plugged out the AC power.

The trick is just change in PowerExpress mode from High to PowerSAving mode, then go to Sleep mode, wake up & u get your fan speed running on maximum.

guys, i got a question, i used to have an extra 200GB partition on WinXP but after formatted and installed Win7 its all gone! is it normal on Win7? where can i retrieve it?

edit://Solved by self exploration...yippie~

Will this laptop get heat easily like those Compaq V3000 Series when on gaming and when on normal usage(I mean on the palmrest or keyboard part)? But I've heard this laptop is feature a IceCool design. So how is it? Planning to buy this laptop as well. Is it worth?

Remarks: I was referring to K40AB not K50AB.

Never use V3000 Compaq but this laptop is definitely cool to touch no matter what you do, what you play, even when overclocked. Worth it? Of course, especially for gaming

I just patched GTAIV, it works very well indeed, way smoother than before but the resolution is 1024x600

Does this laptop has LED Backlit feature? Actually you guys mentioned about resolution is from the in-game setting or the desktop properties resolution?
