As long the yolk is taken in moderation, I wouldn't worry about it.
I take about 3-4 eggs/week. (plus yolk)
Instead I'd focus more on my saturated fat intake. Like the article that pedro posted above, saturated fat has more dangerous effects on our cholesterol level than the egg's cholesterol.
