yup but you need to do a tweak...
I downloaded the BsB tweaks(link on first page) then tap on menu --> rotation --> then add garmin to the list:)

Updated the main page with more links...any others to add ?
Added on December 17, 2009, 9:35 am QUOTE(ST3V @ Dec 16 2009, 11:28 PM) I think it is wiser to get the official car holder even if the navipanel did not appear in our local version. Till now i tried 3 of the RM 15- 20 range holder, and i don't really feel secure leaving the HD2 on hanging on them since it jumpped off the very 1st one which cost rm20. I've had the RM 20 one for about a week now...so far no complaints...holds it firmly and the foam at the three sides makes sure no scratches can happen....i even sms while the phone is on the holder and doesnt seem to lose grip or anything...With the HD2 hanging on the in car holder, we can save cost by not using a bluetooth earpiece as the speaker is good enough for me. And it is easier to answer incoming calls with just one hand while the other stay on the wheel. Not to mention, we do need a car holder when using garmin / mapking. Added on December 17, 2009, 9:43 amI wanna get the Jabra 530 BT Headset...its RM240 new in the trade zone...need a BT that has noise cancelling cos im outside a lot.. Any alternative suggestions ? QUOTE(dandrewn @ Dec 22 2009, 06:32 PM) I find that the unit becomes very hot at the back after using GPS for 30 minutes. I have not tried to talk continuously for more than 30 mins yet to verify whether is it also hot or not. Anybody experience this? Yup...defintely can feel the heat...For me its not at the battery area, but below the battery...that part always heats up...is that where the 1GHz sits ? Added on December 24, 2009, 2:35 pm QUOTE(evilpuppy @ Dec 23 2009, 01:33 PM) Quote from mobinauts - I havent installed the update but i dont seem to have that bug...For those who were not aware, there is a calendar bug in the HTC HD2 where the user cannot go past the week of October 26 - November 1, 2009. This happens when users have Monday selected as first day of the week. HTC released an update and fixed the problem. "This update for HTC HD2 expands the dynamic nature of the Calendar application. Whether your week starts on Monday or Sunday, allowing you to view appointments occurring tomorrow, next week, or even next month." This post has been edited by Rishy: Dec 24 2009, 02:35 PM |

Added on January 2, 2010, 10:38 pm QUOTE(evilpuppy @ Jan 1 2010, 08:11 PM) please check your pm. if more ppl could tag along then we might be able to save the 20Euro shipment cost. Dude...if this goes ahead..count me in too ! and also, PDAir Leather slip in case kindda disappointed me that the inner doesnt have soft cloths to clean and wipe the screen when we slipin and slide out the phones. unlike beyzacases which im using earlier on my HD, im using it now with my HD2. QUOTE(evilpuppy @ Jan 2 2010, 11:04 PM) my program storage memory reaching 98%, still deciding for which custom rom, miri is my 1st options. the problem is im too lazy to reinstalling all those applications. is there any way so we could just simply flash then doesnt wipeout all apps just like Android did? If you use something like SPBackup...and do a full backup...and after installing the new ROM...just restore...Wont that work ? Im not sure... |

honestly...ive not applied a screen protector since Day 1 i got my HD2...i have dropped it...rubbed it...put coins in my pocket together with my HD2....and so far nothing has been able to scratch it....
I MIGHT try a screen protector la...but if there is even 1 disadvantage...then i think i will probably remove it... |
