No problem - just move it ( cut and paste )  to any folder you have created in Windows/Start Menu/Programs /FOLDER XXX. In my unit I have created a new set of folders and move all the programs according to my taste

Yaya I mean those installed programe, sometime I install those game ( is install, not copy and direct play ) will go to programe folder or games folder inside the programe.... quite messy include those application.

if ppl who dunno how to operate a WM device or dunno how to get those software, buying from SenQ is a nightmare.. we have seen many customers like these. That's why resellers like PDA Expert or Freshgear would definitely wont lower their price just to compete with SenQ

Another thing, I noticed that when I put my phone on standby, the Slide to Unlock is not there anymore. When I have an incoming SMS / mail, the phone starts and the screen turns on. This is very dangerous if the phone is in my bag or pocket, I might accidentally press something.

Anyone facing the same issue?

I have been testing various cooked roms over the last few days - Topix, Xanny Tech, Duttys, Miri and 135VY. I noted for all these cooked roms, I have gain additional free storage memory ranging from 50 MB to 80 MB !!! Just goes to shows how much "junk" and unnecessary files are builtin the original official roms. All the roms have a common feature - bootup and response time is way much better and screen sensitivy is better too. I'd highly recommend those who are willing to go up another step to tweak their HD2 should try it. Rom upgrade is very simple - just download the SSPL file :

I'd say this is the EASIEST SPL process I'd have use ( having tinkering with roms of HTC HD, TP2, TP, 3600i , Dopd U1000 etc ).

Then choose which rom you'd like - go thro their features/users feedbacks etc :

Presently I am on Topix 1.1.2 - my longest so far. This is the rom where I recovered about 80MB free storage memory . Now my HD2 with all my 3rd party programs all installed , I have about 128MB free storage mempory versus about 40MB previously in the official rom. The problem with Topix is he updates his rom very frequently-  at least once a week

Miri's rom is equally good and can match topix..

XannyTech and Dutty's I find still buggy

I'm currently using Sprite Backup to backup everything on my HD2, in case I need to do a HR. If I change ROM, can I use the backup files I made from current ori ROM?

I'm not sure bout others, further comments are based on my personal experience on my device. At first the battery couldnt last very long. But after a week+, I feel the battery lifespan increased significantly. A full charge can last me for about 3 days (with the usage of BSB tweak). Perhaps u can try installing BsB tweak (if you havent).

Yes it is. to me, it is deem trouble some and sometime it take me almost a minute or two to input one word.
