im a guy who always want to impress frens. i learn and do sumtin just because to show i can do it either.
and i achieved it using my way. lazy and extraordinary. what in my mind now is to gain six pack abs with skinny shaped body.. why i think of it? coz i want to look diffrent in my frens and family eyes whenever i going back home..they will feel weird because i will look more mascular then the last time they have seen me...haha.

the progress goes sumtin like this:
1.download the six pack abs in 5 minute from u tube
2. jog 2.4 km per day in the evening b4 start kicking butt in the futsal court
3. six pack workout after playing futsal
4.super diet....get back ur energy in ur meal: oni rice with vegetable...dont eat meat.by using this method u will feel the rice is not tasty anymore..make ur lidah dumb.so u dont wanna eat full..
5. simple diet..dont eat too much sugar, blabla2
6. oni eat 2 times: for better result eat oni one time.before dark but after workout..extreme!
repeat this 3 week i will loose weight fast.
