Thanks kytz...tried that, the only issue with this method is that when the user clicks on the little red arrow to validate the quote, it goes to an error page?
Think its something to do with the "snapback" line of the code??
My Feedback thread has been locked by LYN. What I had to do was got to my locked thread, click on quote at the bottom of each users entry, go back to my new Tradelist posts and then when I click on more options, the quotes and everything appear there.

that's because snapback refers to your post number, and i believe post number is kinda tag with the topic number as well. what you can do is instead just change the snapback tag to a text and link it with the original post link. Check how I quote yours.Think its something to do with the "snapback" line of the code??

For every post in a topic, you should be able to see the Post #X on the right, where X denotes the post number. Click it and a dialog box should appear , which shows you the original post link, which you can paste to address bar.
Snapback is just a feature for people to refer back to the original post (sometimes you quote and realized it's too long, thus you deleted some lines, and instead ask people to click snapback to read the whole post that you quoted).
