Recently bought a car CD radio player from Singapore (Panasonic CQ-C7703W)

This player uses Digital power amplifier (most other player are using MOSFET)
The sound is realy nice man. I like it very much.
All my old CD, i replay it on this player and suddenly all sound a lot better, very clear and very good.

Went to Jalan Pasar KL, but couldn't find any Car player that uses Class D power amp.

Visit the Panasonic Malaysia website, but seem like they don't sell stand alone power amplifier.
They sell Home Theatre system which dose include power amp (class-D) bundle with home theatre speaker.

I think all HTiB nowadays using class-D amplifiers. Panasonic is using a TI chip and Sony is using their S-Master technology. The older Denon HTiB was using some Tripath that sounded really great.

I am using a Panasonic XR55 AVR (here's a review at AVS forum where it is used in a stereo setting)

Of the newer AVRs... Pioneer is using ICEPower (Bang & Olufsen technology) on the high-end SC-LX90 and a couple other models

Sadly Sony has stopped making class-D AVRs (last I think was the DA 9000ES)
