i was at the scene when this happened last year. (the incident happened in a unit just beside my block, just came back from cc around 3am and wasn't allowed to go up to my unit by the police surrounding the area) and yes, UTK was involved.

in that incident, all of them were just wearing plain clothes (tshirt & jeans) with bulletproof vest & boots. 2 teams of around 10 personnels was driven in 2 plain white proton wira and all their gears are stored in the trunk (sub-machine guns, hand grenades etc.). all of them act selamba only when walking to the block to 'finish' the criminals. but really, they are darn efficient.
