What has your mama said about this? usually mommy have zillion types of solutions for any sickness/symptoms of their babies.

I d say sth like, maybe try seeing a chinese/western doc? or perhaps, try yoga? or regular sports?

afterall, it is all about happy or not that it matters ~ so enjoy life !

didn't let my mama know much about my condition..right now my bp still stuck in the borderline..doc asked me to take care of my food diet..sound like hopeless..no medicine to eat..except some pain killers and also the flu medicine as a sleeping pill...
